Ranunculus and Rusty Tins

Friday, 3 May 2019

Pure prettiness for you today with these homegrown ranunculus and a new to me metal tin. I've recently upgraded my camera lens which I have to say has intimidated me slightly (its quite large compared to my kit lens). I've been doing the usual conversation of telling myself I'm not good enough for it but all I really needed was some time to play around and get used to it. I made use of a family nap last weekend to shoot these flowers for the sheer enjoyment and guess what?! I'm no longer scared of my lens, in fact I'm really excited to see what it can do. If photography seems scary to you my best advice is to keep experimenting and playing, confidence plays such a big part in it, giving yourself time to learn and grow is so important - the more you try the better you become , believe me!

Of course I think the salami is buttery smooth with intriguing spices, but the kids like it too. I gave them a few pieces for breakfast, a time when they are usually grouchy and picky about food, and the daughter gave a thumbs up. The son was distracted and needed to discard his pants and run out of the room for reasons not completely understood. But I don't think this concerns the Saucisson Sec.

Students should consider forming Study Groups with fellow students, perhaps after school on the day before the exam. They earn points by attending, and get valuable feedback about what is likely to be covered. Students need to consider using time on lunch or after-school on the day of their exam as needed to complete their test. Plan ahead, students!

I am cool with the page and fine with it being an open page. I only bring it up because there was recently a thread on the page discussing the open nature of the page. During that thread it was pointed out that the church opted not to operate a facebook page and so several congregants began and administer the page. There seemed to be a lot of folks who were surprised or had forgotten that the page was unofficial.

So first you soak your Red Wheat Berries, for 8-24 hours. You can buy Red Wheat Berries at your local health food store, often in the bulk section. And yes wheatgrass is gluten free. I too, was concerned, but after searching around and asking a licensed dietitian friend in the area, the grass itself does not contain any gluten, only the kernel, and in juicing wheatgrass you only juice the grass, so yay!
